Post #89284 on Firefly’s Sweet Tea Vodka

August 29, 2008 lisa.jeffries

Obsessed, much? Just maybe…

Last night’s post recruited the following comment from Polos & Pearls:

“how do you drink it???????“Great question!

Cooter (shown below) mixed us all up quite a few “Sweet Tea Vodkas” at Buckhead last night for the game. The simple recipe that tastes just like a stronger Bojangles Sweet Tea included: Firefly’s Sweet Tea Vodka, a splash of water, and a big slice of lemon… squeezed and mixed briefly with a stir straw. Super simple, super delicious.

Another great variation that I’ve thoroughly enjoyed includes Firefly’s Sweet Tea Vodka and a bit of Simply Lemonade… delish. But that’s expensive, so you probably won’t find it in any bars – that’ll have to be on your menu for the personal tailgates.

Any other suggestions out there? I think it’d be great with just about any premium lemonade, limeade, pomegranaite juice you can find at the grocery store right now… I’ll have to experiment and report back.

Please share any of your delicious results in the comments!
